Peter Chang is a Principal of PDK Investment Group, LLC, the ownership and development entity of the proposed International Village Project in Chamblee, Georgia. He is also Co-Founder of A.C.T. Investments, Inc., and has been its President/CEO since its inception in 1987. In addition, he is also the Managing Partner of ACT 2000, LLC, Atlanta Chinatown Investments, LLC, and several other real estate development companies in Georgia. Peter has been active as a developer and investor in the Atlanta real estate arena in the last 20 years, especially in the apartment, condominium, and retail sectors. Some of his projects include: Atlanta International Industrial Park (a 700 acre industrial park in southeast DeKalb), The Grandview (a 226 unit high-rise residential tower in Buckhead), The Ponce (a historic condominium conversion project in City of Atlanta), The Canton Mill, The Hampton Arbors in Duluth, The Chinatown Square retail center in Chamblee, and numerous condominium and single-family subdivision projects in the metro Atlanta market. Peter Chang graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, and received his Master¡¦s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from State University of New York at Binghamton. He has held a wide variety of management positions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Los Angeles before he moved to Atlanta in 1984. Peter is also active in civic and community services. He is currently a Board Member of DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, Emory University Board of Visitors, Leadership DeKalb, and he served as a Board Member of Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce in 2002 and 2004. Peter is a Chartered Member of the Atlanta Chinese Lions Club, Board Member of the Atlanta Miss Chinatown Beauty Pageant, and was a Key Sponsor of the 2003 and 2005 Chamblee Festival. |
